Training is completely FREE during the onboarding period.
Sessions can be booked at your convenience.

WEEK 1

Session 1

Introduction

  • Introduction to your trainer and an overview of the training agenda
  • Introduction to the system: menu and site navigation
  • User rights management
  • Property set-up: how to add and configure properties in 365Villas
  • Rates management
  • Document management: amending rental agreement, invoice and receipt templates

Session 2

Reservation Management

  • Review of configured properties
  • Inquiry and reservation management
  • Email templates and automated messages
  • Payment management
  • Basic reports: booking, quote and payment manager reports

User responsibilities

  • Test the functionality as training progresses
  • Add all properties to 365Villas with configure status complete
  • Upload all bookings for future dates into 365Villas
  • Configure email templates and automated messages
  • Complete our channel manager questionnaire
  • Optional: syncronise PriceLabs integration

Optional Session

API, HTML & Wordpress plugins

This optional session is available should you decide to use a different integration (API, HTML or WordPress Plugins). In these cases, your account manager will share the full documentation.

Otherwise, Integrated Website training begins week 2.

Optional Session

Import properties from Airbnb

This optional session is available should you need to import your properties from Airbnb.

Otherwise, Channel Manager training begins week 2.

  • Header and footer management

  • Test the functionality as training progresses
  • Select colour and font styles
  • Set up header and footer structures
  • Set up home and accomodation pages

CM Connections - Part 1

  • Review channel manager(CM) page
  • Send properties to CM
  • Airbnb connection
  • Google connection
  • Booking.com process initiation

Session 2

CM Connections - Part 2

  • Booking.com process connection
  • VRBO connection
  • Hometogo connection
  • Payment manager recap

User responsibilities

  • Follow up with channels as instructed

  • Once a new channel is connected, review at least 5 properties

  • Review of the progress made in the account

Session 6

Integrations

  • Third party integration: PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, MailChimp, OTA+, Chekin, Check-in Scan, Breezeway, YourWelcome, PropertyCare, Operato, Key Data, CSA Insurance, VRScheduler
  • SMS and Whatsapp integration

User responsibilities

  • Test the functionality as training progresses

Page Management

  • Review of progress made on the website
  • Structuring menus

Session 3

Advanced Settings

  • Review of progress made on the website
  • Website Translation

  • Instructions on how to go live with the website

User's responsabilities

  • Test the functionality as training progress
  • Complete all pages in the website
  • Sync communications with the PMS
  • Go Live with the website

  • Review how to manage connections

WEEK 4

Final Session

Training Review Session

Your account manager and trainer audit your account for ‘go-live’ readiness. They will also help with any remaining questions to ensure you are fully satisfied with the onboarding process and fully comfortable to go live.  Once confirmed, they will ask you for a review of your initial experience with us and for formal sign-off on the onboarding. You will then have access to our help desk and free ongoing support as part of your subscription.
