How many properties do you have and where are they located?
We currently represent 62 villas located in Dominican Republic in the 3 most important resorts of the east coast being Puntacana Resort, Cap Cana and Casa de Campo.
What unique aspects make your property stand out and what is your target market?
We have some world class villas with private beach and incredible ocean views, others have beautiful golf course view, and all have access to many of the resorts amenities which is why customers love to come to our setination.
Which Property Management Systems (PMS) have you used previously, and why didn’t they meet your needs?
We used to work with MyVR, then we switched to Avantio but we were not happy with it either. The PMS was not user friendly from creating a property, to sending a booking request, there was a wait time before the system would send out a request for payment and also the integrations. Now since one year we have been using 365Villas and for our operation it has been the best so far. We love our website, the way it looks and the way it works!
What inspired you to switch to 365Villas for managing your properties
We made a demo and we really liked the layout and the user friendliness of the PMS. We liked the fact that it had direct integrations but also that you could integrate with Rentals United. Most importantly the Website templates it had were really important to us and having a website that feeds directly from the system, and we are extremely happy with our website as we have hundreds of agencies that used it as their day to day availability source.
Which features of 365Villas do you find most beneficial, and how have they contributed to your business growth?
We really love the way its built around the user. Its intuitive and easy to get quotes out of the system. The fact that it has website integration and guests can quote online is amazing and the reservation manager in the system works so well. We also really like the automated emails that you can configure once a booking gets confirmed or cancelled.

How would you rate your experience with the onboarding process and ongoing support from 365Villas?
The onboarding is never easy, but I have to say it was really smooth as the system is so intuitive and the response and training from the onboarding team is so efficient, it got done very quickly.
As an experienced Property Manager, what are the biggest challenges you face in your role?
Being in the Luxury segment you want to have the most professional representation of your product online, the website we have through 365villas is a fine representation. All the communication and quotes that are created from the system represent us in very professional manner and it creates trust from the client.
What advice would you offer to someone new to the property management industry?
The right PMS will make a workd of difference and having a system that is intuitive, with integrated website and that can distribute to many OTA’s is fundamental to the success of a vacation rental business.
